12 Days to go - and i need some sleep

I'll keep this brief, its 1:30 am and dying for some sleep!

Anyway Today was a proper structured run. A mile slow, a mile quick - for 7 miles. Surprisingly tiring. I couldnt have done it 2 weeks ago, so the training is paying off!

My aim at the moment is to work out what pace i can keep doing for 13 miles. starting off too fast is a real killer! And making up those minutes from starting off too slow is verrrrry hard!!

Trying a few new sponsorship ideas too - I'll keep you updated if that pans out...
